So, just like identifying stocks with growth potential, pinpointing toxic stocks and offloading them at the right time is crucial to guard one’s portfolio from big losses or make profits by short selling them.

There are always some stocks, which illusively scale lofty heights in a given time period. However, the good show doesn’t last for these overblown toxic stocks as their current price is not justified by their fundamental strength.
Toxic companies are usually characterized by huge debt loads and are vulnerable to external shocks. Accurately identifying such bloated stocks and getting rid of them at the right time can protect your portfolio.
Overpricing of these toxic stocks can be attributed to either an irrational enthusiasm surrounding them or some serious fundamental drawbacks. If you own such bubble stocks for an inordinate period of time, you are bound to see a massive erosion of wealth.
However, if you can precisely spot such toxic stocks, you may gain by resorting to an investing strategy called short selling. This strategy allows one to sell a stock first and then buy it when the price falls.
While short selling excels in bear markets, it typically loses money in bull markets.

I had a crazy idea last week. Here’s the premise.
AI influencers have been on the rise for the last 24 months. We have seen many AI influencers doing very well in different parts of the world. We have even seen headlines like this:
Every country now has at least one AI influencer (Bangladesh has 2-3 already), and they are doing well.
I think the market is now mature enough to have specific niche influencers.
Let me elaborate.
Every market goes through phases.
Initially, we see big, large nets. A social media like Facebook where you can do it all (post photos, post videos, chat, join groups, etc.).
After the big giant ones become successful, new companies come up with niche/specific solutions and try to capture the market. Example: Even though Facebook exists, WhatsApp came in where you can only “chat” and became successful.
The same theory applies everywhere.
Initially, there are general influencers, and then there will be specific topic-based influencers.
And that’s where the opportunity is.
I think it is time for us to start thinking about creating topic-based AI influencers.
Here’s how I will do it:
Step 1: Deciding what topic to choose. I won’t be doing too much research here. I will simply pick one of the big ones (Food, Travel, Health, etc.).
Step 2: Once I know the topic, I will create the handle and use something like RenderNet to create a realistic AI influencer.
Step 3: I will then use one of the topic-based AI generators to generate images. For example, if I go for travel, then I will use something like this: Galaxy AI Travel Photo Generator.
Step 4: The first three steps are easy—the actual work starts here. This is when you start thinking about the narrative. Who are you? Who do you want to be? What market to target? Why?
It is a grind, it will take time, but eventually, you will be able to become an AI travel influencer from your bedroom.
How will you make money?
It is a very interesting opportunity that you get once in a lifetime.
I recommend that you spend a week and do some research.

Hi Everyone,
This is Nayem. Every week, I write a blog post about things that I found interesting. Welcome to today’s post.
Today’s story is about Zach Zorn, who made $39k in profit in just five months from his first website flip.
Yes, you read that right. He bought a site, improved it, and sold it for a tidy profit—all in under half a year. Let’s see how he pulled it off.
I know what you’re thinking – Yeah Nayem, right – if I had $17k to invest in a site, would I be here reading this?
Hold on!
You don’t need to have $17k to do this. You can start with $1k if you know what to do.
✔️ They focus on one specific topic, which builds better Google authority.
✔️ AI is here, but niche sites still get a lot of traffic—they’re not dead yet.
✔️ Niche sites don’t need Google traffic if they build a loyal audience (via email, social media, etc.).
Check out Zach’s website: MoneyNomad.com
Nothing fancy. Pretty basic. Some might even say terrible.
But that website was good enough to make him a $39k exit in just 5 months.
1️⃣ Be super specific in your topic selection. Pick one small topic for one small group of people. Example: Shoe pain for hikers, restaurant options for Keto diet followers, etc.
2️⃣ Build a great-looking website. This is your shop—make it look professional and trustworthy.
3️⃣ Use opt-ins and build loyalty. Start YouTube, Instagram, or an email list—don’t rely 100% on SEO traffic.
4️⃣ Write 100 articles based on your research and interest. Ignore keyword volume or data—focus on providing value.
If you do this right, you will have a money-making business in 24 months. I can almost guarantee that. I’ve proven it many times—publicly and privately in our course—and I can do it again in 2025.
I hear success stories like this every day and wonder: Why aren’t more people trying this?
Here’s why:
❌ Reason 1: It takes time to see results, and most people are not patient enough to put in the work every week.
❌ Reason 2: Not enough research on the niche, leading to poor execution.
If you can solve these two problems, you will have a winner.
All the best
See You in Next One
Nayem
